Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

Comprises:
- 2 pieces lateral stand, collapsible with 2 height adjustable beam supports made of aluminium special profiles - Distance between holes: 50 mm
- with 4 adjustment feet made of aluminium special profiles - Distance between holes 40 mm.
- The lateral stands can be easily folded and can therefore space saving stored and transported.
- 2 x 2 piece aluminium special profile beam 1 piece park-brake trolley - Into the trolley e.g. the hoist (chain hoist) or appropriate lifting devices can be hooked.
- The trolley can be moved smoothly on the aluminium beam and can be fixed in any position.
- 4 pieces bump stop - Collision protection for the trolley
- 1 piece integrated horizontal adjuster - By the use of the horizontal adjuster the usable length of the Aluminium Gantry Crane can be adjusted smoothly between the two lateral stands.
The running track width of the aluminium beam is variable. This is a definite added value as well as a higher flexibility for the user.

As we are able to offer our aluminium lateral stands with the alternative of being collapsible, we have now taken the longest and most cumbersome part in our delivery programme and enabled it to be separable resp. pluggable Aluminium Beam.
Stationary Cranes: Both separated beam pieces can be used as single beams respectively double beams as well.
Movable Cranes: One of the two beam pieces (with sleeve) can be used as single beams respectively as double beams as well.
