Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

SPECIFICATION - Atlas Standard mezzanine safety pallet gate
- Mechanical construction with all replaceable parts.
- Galvanised steel tubing to EN 10255. 33.7 mm diameter tube x 3.2 mm wall thickness. Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461.
- Kick plate 100 mm x 3 mm Aluminium grade 6063 T6.
- All tube clamps standard cast steel galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461.
- All clamp grub screws are stainless steel to ensure minimal maintenance.
- Nylon pivot bushes with M20 galvanised bolt sets
- The handrail height of the Atlas pallet gate is 1100 mm. The gap between the top, knee rail and bottom guardrail is 466 mm. Guardrail centre to centre 500 mm.
- Testing 300 N/m applied to the pallet edge gate's top rail and knee rail in conformance with EN ISO 14122-3:2016.
Deflection not exceeding 3% of handrail height. - Installation, safe use, and maintenance instructions provided
- Floor fixings not included - Requires 8 x M12 coach bolts for 38mm board floors or M12 bolts/anchors
