The swivel lifting ring QL.DSR is made of GRADUP steel, which stands for better quality of the raw materials used. It has higher lifting capacities than fixed rings and a safety factor of 5, meaning its breaking load is five times greater than the capacity indicated in the technical data sheet.

The SS.QLR (Quick Lift Ring) or SS.QL.DSR lifting ring is a double-jointed stainless steel ring that enables particularly fast anchoring. By pressing a push button, it can be fixed in the thread with a simple click. Its double joint ensures perfect alignment with the sling. The QL.DSR saves up to 80% of time compared to screwing in a conventional lifting ring. The system works purely mechanically using a spring and does not require complex maintenance.
Like all CODIPRO stainless steel rings, the SS.QL.DSR has optimum protection against corrosion. This ensures the ring's optimum longevity and allows it to be used in humid, chemical, marine environments, etc.
It can be used for any lifting configuration (axial, with angle, tilting, rotation) by applying the tightening torque engraved on the ring.
Designed for a temperature of use between -20°c and +200°c, the SS.QL.DSR lifting ring bears various markings, including CE, CMU and tightening torque. It is manufactured in compliance with the REACH regulation and is also available in steel.
