Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

MBB wall mounted jib cranes are designed for the handling of goods inside the plant where the presence of fixed obstacles would impede the free rotation in terms of the mobility of the arm when it is formed by one rigid element.
- The cranes with an articulated jib are fitted with an arm made of two hinged pantograph-shaped segments which allow it to avoid fixed obstacles during rotation.
- The two semi-arms can be of different lengths and are able to rotate independently of each other.
- The standard models (See chart) are available for lifting capacities 125 Kg to 500 Kg and jib 3m and maximum rotation field of 360 deg.
- The manual operated jib cranes are provided with a clutch braking device for the arm which allows the control of the rotation stress
Jibs can be supplied with the following options:
- Donati 400V 3ph 50Hz electric chain hoist with single or dual speed and low voltage pendant. Alternatively, 110V and 240V electric hoists, other brands, manual hoists, air balancers and pneumatic hoist are available on request
- Gis Handy Hoist Up to 250 kg 400V 3ph 50Hz electric chain hoist with single or dual speed and low voltage control.
- Gis Telescopic Handy Hoist Up to 250 kg 400V 3ph 50Hz electric chain hoist with single or dual speed and low voltage control.
- TMM Pneumatic Handling Hoist 140 kg Capacity with the handle mounted pendant for one-handed operation.
- Special reach and height
- 400v 3ph. 50 Hz Electric feed system with festooned cables and main/off switch on the column
- Wall fixing system by using brackets and stay bolts.
- Mechanical Slewing stops
