Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

Customer benefits
Electric chain hoists are mainly used in the wind industry to transport spare parts and tools from the ground up into the nacelle.
Due to the high lifting height, the chain hoist used for this purpose is equipped with a number of special features.
For example, automatic switching from high to low lifting speed takes place when the load hook approaches the end of the stroke.
This feature prevents high-speed travel against the hoist housing because of the risk that unsecured parts of the load (eg tools in a toolbox) may come loose and fall off.
Another special feature is the protective cover over the load hook. This eliminates the risk that the load hook will hang on the long way up somewhere unintentionally.
