Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

Self- Closing Retrofit Safety Gate
The Mezzbarriers Retro-Fit Self Closing Safety Gate enables compliance to EN 14122, These self-closing gates are the preferred solution, superior to chains, bars or sliding tubes when protecting access areas as they automatically close behind the user - overcoming the problem of human error.
Optimum gap size 1000 mm (Can be cut down to suit application). Gate is 650 mm high Can be mounted right or left-handed to suit the application. These gates are manufactured utilising tube clamp components OD 33.7mm (B34) and are galvanised finish as standard Width adjustment can easily be carried out on-site with a hexagon key.and suitable steel cutting saw, Vinyl slip-on Yellow/Black hazard warning sleeve can be purchased separately.

Gate Mounting
Gates are supplied with clamps to fit tube diameters 33.7 mm (B34), 42.4 mm (C42) or 48.3 mm (D48) retro-fit 'U' clamp brackets for attaching to an existing post. These safety gates provide safe access for many applications including rooftop barrier openings from a ladder or hatch. staircase handrails, walkways and personnel access guarding to danger zones
Easy Installation
Retro-fit connection U-Bolts are used to attach the fully assembled safety gate to a variety of uprights or to a flat surface with bolt-on hinges (Bolts not provided).
Size Adjustment
The self-closing safety gate can easily be cut down to suit your existing gap; It has been designed to easily be adapted to suit any gap that reaches up to 1m, Just loosen the grub screw using a standard hex key provided and cut down the tubes to length to meet the gap requirement, re-attach tubes, re-tightened and it's ready for use.

Ideal to improve the visibility of your gates and handrails. Easy-fit PVC tubular sleeving - Just springs over the tube and grips. Reusable, durable and wipe clean finish. (Used by scaffold companies). Fits tubes sizes B34, C42 and D48. Sold in one-metre lengths. The sleeves can be butted together for longer lengths and is easily cut to fit.

Mezzbarriers tube clamps are made from malleable cast iron. Manufactured in conformance with BS EN 1562:1997, a dependable and well-proven material for this type of product.
