Schilling cranes and gantries
At DLH Online we provide Schilling cranes and gantries that are easily folded and just as simple to assemble onsite. Due to the lightweight aluminium materials used, these are easy to transport and can be packed and moved between worksites with the minimum of fuss.
The 4.11 metre high USB stationary model Schilling aluminium gantry crane is the ultimate solution for raising and lowering items within factories, automobile assembly plants, and for use in outdoor construction and industrial projects. It is singularly simple to adjust, with the use of height adjustment feet and beam supports and comes in six different models with load capacities of 1 tonne and 1.5 tonnes.
All models are under 200 kg in weight, and the foldable lateral beams are quickly collapsed and carried by anyone on the worksite. Alongside our top-quality Schilling stationary gantries, we offer Lateral Extension beams that are specially designed to take the hassle out of lifting when the standard lateral beam is not able to be placed directly behind the load. These are similarly collapsible and come in three sizes for enviable flexibility.
Schilling mobile and portable gantries
Schilling Mobile and Portable gantry cranes are designed for use across multiple worksites, and are especially useful for industrial applications, thanks to their ability to carry heavy loads. Coupled with an electric chain hoist and an electric cable supply system the Moveable Non-Separable Double Beam Aluminium Gantry Crane includes a set of two single aluminium special profile beams, as well as a 1-piece top-mounted park-brake trolley that allows for maximum lift in relation to the crane's total height.
Like the Double Beam Separable Double Beam Aluminium Gantry Crane, it has alloy lifting gantries and four steel castors from heavy-duty polyurethane for maximum strength. It is effortless to fix the crane in place using the bilateral braking system for extra rigidity. Safety is a top priority with Schilling and the gantry crane comes with built-in collision protection for the trolley and a braced connection on either side between the lateral stand and aluminium beams.
Schilling lifting and cross beams
DLH Online also supply Schilling lifting beams for steadier and more balanced load elevation. The weight of bulkier loads can be spread out across the Schilling Adjustable Aluminium H-bar lifting beam, which spans between 2 and 5 metres and comes with rotating, articulating hooks.
This allows the operator to move and elevate considerably larger items of up to 3 tonnes. Like the Schilling Adjustable Aluminium cross-beam, secure lifting is ensured by safety hooks and top craftsmanship enables hoisting speeds of up to 16 metres per minute.
Schilling crane accessories
