Warrior electric hoists are renowned for their performance and durability and they are available in capacities ranging broadly from 250 kg up to 800 kg and we offer Warrior Scaffold hoists with differing suspension options that include fixed and top lug suspensions. Our Warrior Scaffold hoists also come in alternate hoist voltages of 110V and 240V. Put simply, they’re the ideal hoists for builders and roofers with up to 800 kg capacity and up to 40 metres of usable cable. They are also very well-suited for scaffolding needs.
They operate with a larger motor for additional capacity. Warrior electric hoists can be supplied with a integrated radio wireless remote control. They display a unique design and have been thoroughly tested in the most exacting environments to pass the EN14492:2006 standard for CE, GS TUV.
The Warrior 110V 250 / 500 KG Scaffold Hoist inc. Pendant Control boasts a unique design and elegant shape which hooks to scaffolding and makes the job of getting building materials etc to upper storeys and roofs vastly more simple and safe. Its suspension-style with key interlock protection hook allows easy installation and safe working, whilst the new auto-rope winding and direction exchange device ensures that the steel rope to align safely and without bunching increasing the life of the rope by over 30,000 times. It comes supplied with a pulley block for double line 500 kg capacity. Often classed as the ideal hoist for builders and roofers alike with 40m of usable cable and a high strength carbon construction with powder coated finish, it is a genuinely durable hoist. Internal dynamic brake design for both static and dynamic loading comes as standard, as does upper and lower limit switches. Also present is a thermal overload on the motor for added safety, alongside a hand -held pendant control station
