Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

There is no need to weld or bend tubing and semi-skilled labour can easily install the sections. Pre-assembled uprights add to the simplicity and make installations extremely quick to complete, reducing expensive production downtime.
Most guardrail configurations can be constructed using a combination of the kits available. Side Mounted End Post: comprises galvanised tube 1250mm o/all high, 145 side flange (Side fixings not included),with 2 x 143 kick plate attachment and 101 short tee, 125 90 degrees 2-way elbow.
Side Mounted Middle Post: comprises galvanised tube 1250mm o/all high, 145 side flange (Side fixings not included),with 2 x 143 kick plate attachment, 119 2 socket cross, 104 long tee.
Right Angle Corner Rail kit: comprises 4 pre-cut tubes, 2 elbows and folded, 100 mm high Aluminium kick-plate/toe board with fixing bolts
Straight Handrail Kit: comprises 2 pre-cut tubes and 100 mm high Aluminium kick-plate/toe board with fixing bolts - for posts at 1500 mm centres.
Rail Wall Fixing kit : comrises;2 x 131 wall Flanges plus kick plate wall cleat ; Wall fixings not included.
