Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

The UltraLift E range is used to lift ferrous sheets and ferrous round bars. Depending on the version, the UltraLift E can be used on a minimum ferrous plate thickness of 7.5mm thick (bearing in mind that the thinner the plate, the less the holding force achieved will be). For safely lifting thinner plates and sheets, please use the UltraLift TP range.
The WLL varies from up to 100kg (220lb) for the ULE0100, rising to up to 1000kg (2200lb) for the ULE1000 when used on a ferrous flat plate. The WLL varies from up to 30kg (66lb) for the ULE0100 (80mm maximum diameter), rising to up to 300kg (660lb) for the ULE1000 (180mm maximum diameter) when used on ferrous round bar (diameter limits apply for each version). Please note that the WLL varies with sheet thickness and with diameter. These figures are based on lifting high-quality mild steel of the stated sheet thickness or diameter with no air gap in the way (see table above for further details). The lifting Performance achieved is application specific.
Maintain Health & Safety at all times. Perform a small safety lift first. Lifting performance could vary depending on the application. The performance will vary with an air gap, steel shape (thickness and/or diameter), steel type (permeability), surface finish and temperature. Lift loads vertically with the load not unbalanced, avoiding any sudden movements. Thinner and wider materials may bend/flex, risking peel and lift failure - use spreader beams for wider loads and for loads that bend/flex.
Do not use any lifter if it appears to be damaged. Inspect the lifter at least annually. We can inspect and service/repair our Lifters for you.
