Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

The G.AutoReel fall arrester is a compact and safe alternative to using a shock absorbing lanyard. It is supplied complete with two screwgate karabiners, enabling a quick and secure attachment.
The G.AutoReel fall arrester keeps the webbing lifeline taught against the user and eliminates the potential for slack webbing, which reduces free fall distance. The quick acting locking mechanism results in lower forces being exerted onto the user’s body during a fall, thereby reducing the possibility of injury. The impact absorbing casing gives good protection with high durability and the webbing features a shock absorbing element.
The G.AutoReel fall arrester weighs just 1.15kg (complete with karabiners) making it both a safe and lightweight solution for working at height.
