Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

Contactor control
- The contactor control guarantees a high degree of operational safety, as it contains no sensitive electronics.
- By default, it will be equipped with an emergency stop.
- A control voltage of 42 V ensures the best safety of the operator. Other control voltages are available on request
Brake
- The proven DC spring-loaded brake is maintenance-free and ensures maximum safety thanks to the arrangement after the slip clutch.
Gear limit switch
- With the standard installed gear limit switch the upper and lower end positions of the load hook can be set easily, precisely and easily accessible.
- Optionally, two additional emergency stop contacts are available to increase safety. Overdrive shutdown and external limit switches for high lifting heights are further options.
Control switch
- The control switch is pleasant to hold and designed for long-term ergonomic work.
- Parallel pushbuttons allow easy accessibility.
