Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

Kit comprises the ready-made sections, sold separately, for quick assembly on level mezzanine decks, platforms and loading docks.
The kits allow Production, Safety, and Maintenance Managers to immediately protect workplace areas resulting from risk assessments or other safety issues.
There is no need to weld or bend tubing, and semi-skilled labour can easily install the sections. Pre-assembled uprights add to the simplicity and make installations extremely quick to complete, reducing expensive production downtime.
Most guardrail configurations can be constructed using a combination of the kits available. Deck Mounted End Post: It comprises a galvanised tube 1100mm o/all high, a 242 base flange with kick plate attachment (Floor fixings not included), a 101 short tee, and a 125 90-degree 2-way elbow.
Deck Mounted Middle Post: comprises a galvanised tube 1100mm o/all high, 242 base flange &;with kick plate attachment (Floor fixings Not included),&19 2 socket cross, 104 long tees.
Right Angle Corner Rail kit: comprises 4 pre-cut galvanised tubes, 2 elbows and folded, 100 mm high Aluminium kick-plate/toe board with fixing bolts
Straight Handrail Kit: comprises 2 pre-cut tubes and 100 mm high Aluminium kick-plate/toe board with fixing bolts - for posts at 1500 mm centres.
Rail Wall Fixing kit comprises 2 x 131 wall Flanges plus a kick plate wall cleat. Wall fixings are not included.
Hi-Vis Hazard Warning Tube Sleeving 1 metre length (Sold separately)
Yellow and black diagonal stripe - Ideal to improve the visibility of your pallet gates and handrails. Easy-fit PVC tubular sleeving - Just springs over tube and grips. Durable and wipe clean finish. (Used by scaffold companies). Fits tubes sizes B34, C42 and D48. Sold in one-metre lengths, and can be butted together for longer lengths and is easily cut to fit.
