Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

STANDARD FEATURES

OPERATION
- The product must be positioned on level ground.
- Position the forks to the correct distance apart to locate into fork pockets.
- Drive forks fully into fork pockets.
- Unlatch the safety chains and re-couple to keep the bracket.
- Load the load lifter with 2 or 3 cages (dependent upon cage type).
- Re-attach the safety chains.
- Lift the load lifter so the two retaining brackets (Yellow) fully engage with the forklift carriage.
- Apply the required back tilt of the forklift mast.
- Proceed to the open lorry approaching square on and not angular.
- Lift the Load lifter above the lorry bed height and proceed forward into the lorry so that the side handrails are within the sides of the lorry.
- Realign the forklift mast to the vertical position and lower it onto the lorry bed, ensuring the retaining brackets are still engaged to the carriage.
- Unlatch the safety chains and re-couple to keep the bracket and remove the cages
- Once empty, lift the Load lifter and reverse away for the next operation.
