Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

Our Z-gripper for lifting cardboard kegs, barrels, drums, steel drums and plastic drums but also other hard objects with appropriate gripping surfaces for a vacuum lifter.
Vacuum lifter is ergonomically designed to mimic manual handling but without the heavy weight. Lifting gear handles barrels weighing 25 kg in a weightless state, which means that the operator can control and check the cargo up and down with his hands. Smarter Air Consumption - Unlike traditional vacuum lifters the Lifts All lifter knows when to switch on and off. The clever auto start turns on as soon as the vacuum cup lands on a surface. If the surface is air tight Basic immediately stops consuming air, even during the lift. It will only consume precisely as much air as it needs to keep a decent vacuum level.
