Case study: Pallet Gate for Upper-Level External Roller Shutter Door Opening

Typical Problems 

• Gate normally positioned behind roller shutter.
• This invariably means the gate is some distance from the edge
• This makes loading difficult as the forklift operator has to place the pallet forward enough for the gate operator to close the gate.

• Operation: Fold-down inner gate is connected to edge gate via mechanisms through drilled holes in the wall either side of the roller shutter opening
• Twin edge gates scissor up to the sides clear of the opening for loading
• The compact design has cranked side arms and space-saving side frames
• All galvanised steel tube with safety yellow thermoplastic coating with nylon pivot bushes
• Easy to use and installed by the client 
• All components are replaceable - No welding.
• Compliance with BS EN ISO 14122-3-2016 Mezzanine gates.
