Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

Pfaff’s wire rope pulleys are available in a wide variety of sheave diameters from 145mm up to 400mm and wire rope diameters from 5mm to 18mm.

The deviation of wire ropes high safety regulations have to be observed. The sheaves DSR made of steel provides
a safe concept: due to a wear-resistant rope guide where the machine groove is perfectly adjusted to the wire rope.
15 different types guarantee a made-to-specification solution at loads of up to 5 tons. The sheaves can be varied in wire and sheave diameter (from 145mm up to 400 mm) – and as standard, all sheaves are equipped with ball bearings. The sheaves are one of the guiding elements within the comprehensive Pfaff-silberblau product range of wire rope winches, wire rope, and wire rope pulley blocks.
