Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

FEATURES
- For designing the optimal lifting range, hoist tracks are compatible with PROSYSTEM turn-tables and switches
- Complies with the European light crane standard EN 16851
- Installation with the full range of PROSYSTEM standard suspensions
- Surface and colour options of the steel profiles can be adjusted according to customers’ requirements
- Can be equipped with different types of hoists, for example, electric chain hoist, manual, pneumatic or vacuum operated lifting devices
- Designed for indoor operation with ambient temperatures between 0 °C and 50 °C
STRAIGHT AHEAD
Versatile and economical solution for moving and lifting loads up to 1,500 kg.
Monorail hoist track can be equipped with an internal conductor rail for powered movements.
WITH CURVES
Hoist tracks up to 1,250 kg capacity can be equipped with curves. The curves can be freely connected with each other with joint connections. Curves are available only for steel profiles P125 and P200.

SWITCHES
The Switch enables the connection of two hoist tracks with each other. The maximum load of a switch is 1250 kg. It is available manually, electrically or pneumatically operated.
TURNTABLES
The turntable enables the connection of several hoist tracks with each other. The maximum load of a turntable is 1250 kg. It is available as electrically or pneumatically operated.
PUSH TROLLEYS
Manual and powered trolleys designed for all profiles. To ensure smooth-rolling we apply strict tolerances and quality requirements on the trolley wheels. As a crucial part of the trolley, the bearings are also high-quality and maintenance-free.
POWER
Rightly optimized lifting solutions improve both safety and productivity. Our PROSYSTEM light crane system’s power feed solutions are ideal for lightweight load handling.
SOPHISTICATED AND LIGHT INTERNAL CONDUCTOR RAIL
PROSYSTEM steel profiles 200R and 260R are equipped with an internal conductor rail as standard maximizing the crane’s coverage. The internal conductor rail installed inside the profile is safe from external exposures and it gives the system a sophisticated outlook without any hanging cables. The friction caused by the internal conductor rail in PROSYSTEM crane systems is minimal making even the manual systems very light to use.
The electrical feeding of the PROSYSTEM Light Crane System can also be done with high-quality flat cable - electrical equipment including flat cables running inside the profile or with a conductor rail outside the profile.
POWERED MOVEMENTS
When it's not possible to operate the crane manually, powered movements are needed.
In cases where manual operation of the crane is not possible, the system can be equipped with power-driven trolleys. Two-speed movements are standard and the inverter control guarantees soft movements. A power-driven trolley can be equipped with a releasing friction wheel, which enables manual movements of the crane. Powered movements can be controlled with pendant control, remote control, or a combination of these.
