Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

The PRO SYSTEM Light Crane System is safe, modifiable, and overall economic. It brings ergonomics and quality to the work environment. The crane is mounted to ceiling construction, with a wide range of standard suspensions, or to the floor with freestanding support frames. It can be equipped
with different types of hoists: electric chain hoists or manual, pneumatic or vacuum operated lifting devices.
Thanks to the self-centring push trolley, swinging of load is minimized. The PRO SYSTEM light crane system has a world-class weight-stiffness ratio: light own weight and maximal suspension distances. Enclosed profile construction protects against dust exposure. All connections are bolt connections which make the system easy to install and customize according to customers’ needs.
The steel profiles have a higher load-carrying capacity than aluminium profiles. On the other hand, aluminium is lighter to move than steel because it has a lower mass. The strengths of both materials can be exploited by combining them into the same system.
SINGLE BEAM
The maximum load capacity of the single profile beam crane is 1500 kg. By combining steel and aluminium profiles we can find the perfectly optimised solution for your lifting requirements. Both single and double girder cranes can be equipped with powered movements with manual or powered movements of the hoist.
DOUBLE BEAM
The maximum load capacity of 2000 kg of the double beam crane is 2000 kg. The standard construction of the double beam light crane is ergonomic. Its three-dimensional construction maximises your working area. Both single and double beam cranes can be equipped with powered movements with manual or powered movements of the hoist.
LOW HEADROOM LIGHT CRANE

SOPHISTICATED AND LIGHT INTERNAL CONDUCTOR RAIL
PRO SYSTEM steel profiles 200R and 260R are equipped with an internal conductor rail as standard maximizing the crane’s coverage. The internal conductor rail installed inside the profile is safe from external exposures and it gives the system a sophisticated outlook without any hanging cables. The friction caused by the internal conductor rail in PRO SYSTEM crane systems is minimal making even the manual systems very light to use.
The electrical feeding of the PRO SYSTEM Light Crane System can also be done with high-quality flat cable - electrical equipment including flat cables running inside the profile or with a conductor rail outside the profile.
POWERED MOVEMENTS
When it's not possible to operate the crane manually, powered movements are needed.
In cases where manual operation of the crane is not possible, the system can be equipped with power-driven trolleys. Two-speed movements are standard and the inverter control guarantees soft movements. A power-driven trolley can be equipped with a releasing friction wheel, which enables manual movements of the crane. Powered movements can be controlled with pendant control, remote control, or a combination of these.
