Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

The “RAPTOR” Semi Auto Drum Tongs
- All steel construction.
- For lifting 210 litre drums horizontally.
- Suitable for open top or tight head steel drum, and plastic drums with L or XL ring.
- The weight of drum on the jaws prevents the drum from slipping out.
- To operate set locking lever in locked open position.
- When central over the horizontal Drum, release lever to allow hooks to fall and locate under both rims. Hooks automatically engage when lifted and disengage as drum is set down.
1. Place the ring of the drum tongs upon the hook of your hoist, chain block, etc.
2. Lower the tongs over the drum, and make sure the tongs are secured under the rims of the drum.
3. Carefully move the drum to desired location. When the drum has been lowered to the floor or pallet, the resulting slack will cause the tongs to lock in the open position and disengage from the
drum.
