Returns Policy

Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

Accordingly, the challenge for the RUD ACP development team was to develop an anchor that eliminates the deficits of current solutions and makes work much easier and safer for the user through clever ideas. The result: the RUD ACP-TURNADO, the first thinking anchor in the world.

Other designs of centric attachment points favour the hook's locking: no secure seat in the bracket, no optimal power transmission. This condition is particularly favoured by the following factors: 

 

1. The anchor point does not turn in automatically and safely in the load direction.
2. The hook is tilted on the inside profile of the bracket.

 

The RUD ACP-TURNADO completely eliminates these dangers. The intelligent spring mechanism ensures optimal screwing in in the direction of the force, the bracket design ensures a secure fit of the hook without tilting. The result: the first anchor point that is guaranteed not to clank.

The RUD ACP-TURNADO also combines properties that make handling much easier in everyday life.
 
 
Wear lenses at the critical points of the power transmission make it quick and easy to assess whether the attachment point is still in the safe wear area or has already reached the point where it can be removed. In order to be able to read its parameters safely and well even in tough everyday life, they are permanently pressed in and legibly pressed or forged.
 
 
The combination head screw is captive, but can still be replaced if necessary.

A lot can go wrong when lifting heavy loads. This can have many reasons. Incorrect handling, incorrect component design, improper striking and material fatigue. For this reason, legislators and regulators in more and more countries require regular checks of lifting equipment and their legally compliant documentation. Using the RFID tag installed as standard in the RUD ACP-TURNADO, the attachment point can be clearly identified with a factory-assigned ID number using a reader or smartphone, so that the test results can be assigned accordingly.
