Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

In many areas of industry, plants are operated with potentially explosive atmospheres. Due to the very high risk to personal and other assets, stringent guidelines and technical requirements are in place in explosive zones. Tiger Spark Resistant products are manufactured under ATEX Directive 94/9/EC and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Our products are lightweight and durable, with a proven track record. Atex marking: Ex II 2 GD c IIC T4 IIIC T135°C. Zone 1 & 2 (gas) and Zone 21 & 22 (dust) are suitable for gas and dust hazardous areas.

- These units meet and exceed all the requirements within BS EN 13157: 2004+A1:2009, ANSI/ASME B30.21, AS1418.2 and SANS 1636.
