Applications
Lifting and revolving stainless steel plates, coated or aluminium plates, wood, laminated sheet, marble, concrete, glass, plastic.
Directions for use
In order to release the jaws in an open position, push the red handle down until the trigger is activated. The handle must maintain its low position. When the load is pushed into the throat of the clamp, the trigger is automatically released and the clamps closes automatically. To release the clamp, push down the handle until it locates, the clamp is locked in an open position.
Loads can be horizontally or vertically clamped and revolved in an inverse position (90° or 180°). In all applications, clamping is proportional to minimise any damage to the load. For fragile loads manually operate the red handle to avoid edgedamage by the trigger mechanism.
Use Restrictions
- Never lift greasy or oily loads.
- Degrease the pads regularly.
- There is no limit to the surface hardness of the load.
- When manually opening and closing, check that the load is driven into the throat of the clamp.
- Depending upon the load's length and weight, allow one or more clamps for the lifting.
- When lifting unbalanced loads, check the load applied to each clamp. Never lift more than one plate at a time.
- The allowable lifting angle between the chain and the plane of the flanges must never exceed 15° (see diagram 1).
- When turning, the working load limit(W.L.L.) of the clamp is reduced by up to 50% (see diagram 2).
- When lifting loads in a vertical position using two clamps and no lifting beam: the sling angle must not exceed 30° (see diagram 3).
- When lifting loads in a horizontal position: use at least two clamps and a lifting beam: the working load limit (W.L.L.) of each clamp is reduced by 50% (see diagram 4).

Operating temperature: -20° to +80°C.
Adjustable models: adjust the clamp’s opening before use (see operating instructions). Adjustments of 20 mm.
Features
• Non-marring articulated jaws covered with polyurethane. Prevents damage/marking on smooth surfaces (eg. wood, marble).
• Ideal for fragile loads that may break with a shock load to the edge (eg. concrete, glass).
• A unique trigger mechanism ensuring that the clamp is securely locked and the load is suitably positioned.
• Operating handle for easy use.
• Proportional clamping to minimise any damage to the load.
• Three adjustable models areavailable with 20mm adjustment.
• Fitted with a chain for moreflexibility.
