Returns Policy
Simply email us at sales@dale-lifting.co.uk or call 0161 223 1990 and we will be able to give you a returns authorisation code, which must be sent with the returned item. Returns should be authorised within 14 days from the day of delivery to you. Items should be returned in unused condition & due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Items returned without an authorisation code may not be accepted. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

- Grade 8 forged lifting components are manufactured by YOKE from alloy steel in accordance with EN1677.
- All forged components are individually magnaflux crack detected after heat treatment,
- They are then individually proof load tested to 2.5 times working load limit in accordance with EN1677. Only components fully compliant with all aspects of EN1677 can be used in chain slings certified to EN818-4.
- These components are suitable for use in a temperature range of -40°C up to 200°C without reduction in working load limit.
- The Key Eye Point has a Design Factor of 4:1 and the Bolt is in a Black Finish.
